Chỉ người tuy có điều kiện để nhìn nhận mà lại không thấy điều ngay trước mắt, hoặc không biết phân biệt phải trái, tốt xấu. Thường dùng để chê trách, mỉa mai sự kém tinh ý hoặc thiếu sáng suốt.
